The basic thing you need to provide is a drawing, or a sample. Today my client gave me a drawing, as shown below. 

1. Basically, you need to provide drawings. Of course, you may not have drawings now. It does not matter. Give me samples. We can also quote based on the samples.

2. Let us know the material, surface treatment, whether it is hardened, the number, etc., after these basic information, we can probably quote. Of course, you may think that you are a professional who does non-standard customization. What should I provide? Because the screw is an accessory, it needs to be designed and customized according to the needs of the main parts, so all the basic data needs you to provide.

3. For example, the following product is quite special. The screws we usually see only have grooves. There are very few planes with other decorations, but this one needs a five-pointed star to cover the head. It is not a manufacturer of special screws. It may be told that it needs to be carved, or it can't be done at all, but in fact, setting a mold can solve the problem, which saves money and saves time.
