The single-mode machine is a relatively simple screw and only has the function of starting. Countersunk head titanium screws like the M1 are usually machined first in a single-mode machine. Wires need to be installed before starting, and then the master will install the molds and start debugging the machine. After the debugging machine is completed, production will begin. When the wire is conveyed to the front of the machine, the roller plays a straightening role, and then the scissors cut the raw material and then the mold is formed.

The multi-station machine makes some more complicated screws. For example, when making a M6 titanium step screw, the same steps as the single-mode machine are done first. The difference is that after the multi-station machine starts, it will automatically move to the next mode rod, one step. Therefore, if a multi-station machine is used for processing titanium screws, the price will be relatively expensive.
